Modern Self Defense - Gendai Goshin Jutsu

A central element of Gendai Goshin Jutsu is the integration of H2H Combat (Hand‑to‑Hand Combat), the direct form of close‑range fighting used in modern military and law‑enforcement programs. This approach places strong emphasis on rapid threat neutralization, opponent control, and the use of natural reflexes and human biomechanics.

The system also incorporates distinct components of CQC (Close Quarters Combat) and CQB (Close Quarters Battle), which give it a tactical character. This includes operating in confined spaces, under high‑stress conditions, and within realistic, scenario‑based environments.

Gendai Goshin Jutsu combines these elements into a coherent and logical system that develops both technical and mental skills: situational awareness, stress management, decision‑making, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions.

It is a modern and practical form of self‑defense that maintains respect for tradition while meeting the demands of the contemporary world.
