The Hall of Fame awards are granted by the Council of Members of the Academy of Martial Arts Science International Commission to outstanding persons, Masters and Grand Masters as well as Instructors and Experts for many years of work and popularization for Martial Arts and Self Defense as well as for outstanding achievements for Experts and Instructors in the field of implementing Protection and Public Safety programs as well as safety programs for children and youth.
