Robert Koski is the owner and founder of KMSCO Krav Maga in southern Colorado, who trained in Israel at the prestigious, invitation-only Wingate Institute. He is certified by the Wingate Institute to teach the Israeli Martial Art - Krav Maga.
He is also the lead instructor for the Judo Ju-Jitsu USA-Jujitsu, LLC program. He holds 3rd Dan black belts in Taiho Jutsu and 3rd Dan USA Ju-Jitsu, as well as 1st Dan in Yoshin Ryu Ju-Jitsu and 3rd Dan in USKJ Judo. Robert also trains at Machado BJJ and is currently a purple belt.
Robert Koski teaches and trains Law Enforcement Officers in Israeli Krav Maga.
Robert has over thirty years of law enforcement experience as a Law Enforcement Officer, including: Sergeant (Commander/Leader POLICE SWAT TEAM), 18 years of training in police defensive tactics and hand-to-hand combat at three law enforcement academies across the state, teaching and training in Poland and Germany and having POST skills. Subject matter expert of the Subcommittee on the Use of Force of the POST Management Board of the Office of the Prosecutor General.
Robert has 5,000 hours of documented training and study in martial arts and has participated in CKA grappling competitions. Robert is the 2008 CKA State Champion at under 184 pounds. Men's Advanced Division, 2010 Silver Medalist at the Rocky Mountain Games Judo Master Division and 2010 Silver Medalist at the FTW Colorado BJJ Men's Master 170 Ibs. Blue belt division.
